How to create member(s) from backend

Create single member

1. Access Member Information From CRM

2. Add Member and fill in necessary information

*Member Category is referring to member group

Mass Creation of member

1. Click on import, and download import template

2. Insert member information into excel sheet

-the template is in chinese, in the follow picture ive provide the English translation of the headers

3. Upload excel sheet
