How to login to back office using a Cashier's account

Back office provides all access to modify a variety of your KYBIO POS machine settings, ranging from adding/modifying products, variable management to creating promotions.

Follow the steps below to enter your back office:

1. Open a web browser and key in "kybio.pospal-global.com" into the address bar, then hit "Enter" on your keyboard.
2. Once directed to the back office homepage, enter your login ID (format= sgclient####:[Cashier ID]) and cashier's password, then hit "Enter" on your keyboard.
   
   E.G.:
   
   If your back office credentials are as follows;
   Back Office ID: sgclient0000
   
   -AND-
   
   If your cashier's credentials are as follows;
   Cashier ID: 0000
   Cashier PW: 0000
   
   -THEN-
   
   Your cashier's back office login credentials are as follow;
   Cashier Back Office ID: sgclient0000:0000
   Cashier Back Office PW: 0000
   
   
3. You will now be directed to your back office Dashboard.
   
4. Your system language during the initial login to the back office may be in Chinese language. Simply click on "English" to change the system language to English.
