Back office provides all access to modify a variety of your KYBIO POS machine settings, ranging from adding/modifying products, variable management to creating promotions.
Follow the steps below to enter your back office:
- Open a web browser and key in "http://kybio.pospal-global.com" into the address bar, then hit "Enter" on your keyboard.
- Once directed to the back office homepage, enter your login ID and password, then hit "Enter" on your keyboard.
- You will now be directed to your back office Dashboard.
- Your system language during the initial login to the back office may be in Chinese language. Simply click on "English" to change the system language to English.
