How do I set up the integration?

Feel free to pm Weebo team on telegram group, @WEEBO_SG, and request for the integration. We will set up an account on our integration portal and you can connect your Xero account there. Fear not, we are available and happy to assist you if you need any.


What does the integration do?

One connected, your sales data from Kybio POS will be sent to your Xero account for your entries.


When and how does data sync occur?

Data sync are automatic. It will be pulled daily from your Kybio POS backend.


Do I have do do anything after the integration is connected?

You do not have to do anything for the integration. However, you would need to look at the manual entry reports that were generated based on your sales data and reconcile before submitting for your accounting.


How do I disconnect my Xero account?

You can click on the "Disconnect from Xero" button on our integration portal as shown in the image below;


Are there any fees to the integration?

Yes, feel free to contact our support group chat on telegram. Our sales personnel will contact you as soon as available.
