- Enter the Sales Report Menu
Select the transaction that you wish to void then click on the "Void" icon
Select either one of the 2 following options:
(I) "Reuse Void"; will void the bill then copy all products within the bill and add them back into your shopping cart again
(II) "Void"; will void the bill only
- If you have selected "reuse Void", you will be brought to this page
EXAMPLE SCENARIO
- If you are using "Reuse Void" to change Payment method, remember to input remarks (such as: "do not fulfill") during payment to notify your kitchen staff so that they will not repeat the order
