Printer Troubleshooting

There are a few possibilities as to why your printer may suddenly stop working as intended:

  1. Printer is not printing
    • The thermal receipt paper roll has run out.
    • The printer cover is not fully or properly closed, check for error messages.
    • Device is on airplane mode, causing the printer to be disconnected.
  2. Printer is printing, but the receipt is blank
    • Thermal paper may be inserted on the wrong side.
    • Paper roll used is not thermal paper.
  3. I am unable to open my printer cover
    • Check that the printer knife is not revealed causing a blockage, this is usually caused by prematurely pulling out the receipt before the machine cuts it.
  4. Refer to image below

2. Open the cover outward


3. Leave the cover beside

4. Roll the upward

5.Roll until you can see a "Dot" at the center


6. Put back the cover
