What to do if secondary device does not held order?(Cannot connect to Cashier)

1.Go to primary POS frontend, click the setting icon at left top corner

2. Click settings 



3. Click Feature Settings and remember the Local IP. (can snap a picture with your phone or write the IP down)

4. After that, go to your secondary POS frontend, repeat the 1 and 2 step.

5. Input the primary POS IP address into the 'Main Device IP' column 


You may now try again to hold another order, should be working now!
