Single Restaurant Store

Login to backend

Go to Dashboard>Dashbaord Categories

1.       It give the overview of the restaurant sales

2.       Use the search function to look for specific reports

3.       This shows the average amount made per transaction

4.       This shows the total amount of guest

5.       This shows the total amount of discount made

6.       This shows the a pie chart and table for the different type of reports: Payment method, Time in status (the amount time for the order to be in each status progress), Average feedback and Customer retention (how many customer made multiple order).

7.       This shows the amount made by the day or by the hours.

8.       This shows the sensitive operations made

9.       This shows the orders need to pay attention to. Click on the order for more details.

10.   This shows the product mix by the product or by the category.

Go to Dashboard>Sales Category

This is the transaction report

1.       Use the search function to look for specific reports

2.       Use this to download the whole file

3.       This is to look into each transaction within the search frame.

4.       Click on the transaction to look into more details

Go to Dashboard>Discount Category

This is the Discount report

1.       This is to set the search frame for the discount

Go to Dashboard> X-Reports

This is the handover reports

1.       This is to set the search frame for the report

2.       This is to look into each handover reports made

3.       Click on the report for more details

Go to Dashboard> Z-Reports

This is the end of days report

1.       This is to set the search frame for the report

2.       This is to look into the end of day reports

3.       Click on the reports for more details

For Chain-management, viewing individual restaurant remains the same as single restaurant.

To view sale report on a whole, go Chain management.

Go to Dashboard> Dashboard

The sale reports function similar to single restaurant sale reports except it give the report for the whole company.
