[22/11/2023[ENG][Announcement] GST Rate Change for Consumers

Dear Valued Customers,

According to the government notice, the GST rate will be adjusted from 8% to 9% next year. In order to ensure the implementation the new GST rate in time, you can adjust the GST rate of the system and change the GST rate displayed on the receipt according to the following steps.

PS://This action should be carried out after you have completed your handover on the last business day of 2023. 

**For Master Account Holder**
Please login individual outlet account to proceed the steps below instead of using master account.



1.Login our backend portal : https://kybio.pospal-global.com 

GST rate change for system

2. Click Settings - System Settings - "Sales tax & tax setting " and click Edit

3.Enter "9" under sales tax amount

4. Click "Save" for saving the changes 

GST rate changes for Receipt Template

1. Click settings - Receipt Template - Payment Receipt

2.Edit 8% to 9%
(PLEASE DO NOT EDIT OTHER PARAMETERS OR RECEIPT SIZE .)
