Setting up of Telegram notifications
Go to Telegram
1. Search for BotFather
2. Activate BotFather
3. Enter /newbot command
4. Enter the name for the Bot
5. Enter the Unique username for the Bot
6. A link and API would be given.
Backend-
Login to backend
Go Self-service>Notifications
1. Copy and Paste the API token into the token for telegram bot
2. Copy and Paste the username for the Bot
