System Menu - Handover

To access the Handover page, click on the "Handover" icon shown below:

To perform a E.O.D. closing + handover/logout (more details can be found below):

Step (1): Click on the "Handover" icon
Step (2): Click on "E.O.D. Closing" to submit E.O.D. closing then click on "Handover"
Step (3): Once returned to handover menu, click on "Handover sale list", then "Print"
Step (4): Return to the Handover menu

Step (5): Click on "Logout after handover" and you will be returned to the login page

1. "Back" button; click here to return to the system main page
   
   
2. Number of transactions; shows you the number of each type of transaction(s) and number of refund(s)
   
   
3. Total amount received; Shows the total amount received via the type of products
4. Amount collected (payment methods); shows you the amount collect via the various payment methods
   
   
5. Cash amount; shows you the amount collected via Cash (as payment method), petty cash (inputted at the beginning of shift), amount collected via Cash for Recharge card and Per-use Card as well as income and expense in Cash
   
   
6. Total recharge amount; shows the amount collected for recharge card via the various payment methods enabled for recharge
   
   
7. Deposit; shows the amount by deposit
8. E.O.D. Closing; click here to access the End of Day closing page
   Step (1): Verify the "Start" and "End" time of your business day then click on "Retrieve" (To edit the date/time, simply tap on the respective "Start" and "End" box)Step (2): Verify the data
   Step (3): Click on "Submit E.O.D."
   Step (4) - optional: Click once to disable receipt print after submission of E.O.D.
9. Login time; shows the shift start time
10. Print on handover; click once to disable receipt print after handover/logout
    
    
11. Handover sales list; shows the products sold for the particular shift (front office shift-specific product mixed report)
    
12. Cashier; shows the staff logged in for this shift
13. Logout after handover; click here to handover and logout from your shift
14. Prepaid card; Shows the amount obtain by gift card
15. Gift Bag; Shows the amount obtain by gift bag
